Meet Cupcake, a female long-haired chihuahua, who holds the record for the world’s smallest service dog, measuring just 15.87 (6.25 in) in height.

In the inspiring video below, Cupcake’s owner Angela Bain (Moorestown, New Jersey, USA), explains how her record-breaking dog helped her on the road to recovery after being hit by a string of personal tragedies, including the abduction of her son and the amputation of her left arm.
